We like to sometimes add to rice with lemon juice and ghee and and it tastes good and is good on stomach. It is a light digestion supplement
Unfortunately due to delays in customs clearance (I have the impression that info was missing which should have been readily available), the Motichoor laddoo was physically intact but with a strong sour smell and taste by the time it arrived. It had to be discarded. Previous shipments by FedEx never had such issues, not sure why the change to DHL was made.
