Unfortunately due to delays in customs clearance (I have the impression that info was missing which should have been readily available), the Motichoor laddoo was physically intact but with a strong sour smell and taste by the time it arrived. It had to be discarded. Previous shipments by FedEx never had such issues, not sure why the change to DHL was made.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your recent shipment. We understand that the Motichoor laddoo arrived with a strong sour smell and taste, making it unsuitable for consumption. We regret any confusion or missing information that may have contributed to the delay in customs clearance and delivery of the order.
We would like to assure you that we take these matters seriously and will investigate the issue thoroughly, and we will evaluate our shipping options to ensure the best possible service for our customers.
We value your satisfaction as our customer, and we would like to make it right for you. Kindly reach out to our customer support team at email@example.com, and we will work towards a resolution, which may include a refund or a replacement, as per your preference.
