I ordered 2 containers of The Body Shop Vitamin E Body Butter on 12/15. I received them about a month later, after numerous calls to DHL and their local delivery service. There seems to have been an error by DHL in transmitting my address, so the package kept being returned to them. Distacart was very attentive and kept in touch. When I received the package, while the Body Butter was wrapped in bubble wrap, they were shipped in a bag, not a box. One of the containers was cracked. After I send them a photo of the damage, Distacart gave me a prompt refund. They worked with me to my satisfaction.
