xMy shipment arrived the estimated date over a week ago but due to that I do not have a Finland bank account, my order has been trapped with the Finnish custom. It is really annoying and frustrating at the same time.
I have made a multiple email contacts and also went to FedEx office at the arrival airport to lodge a complain and still get nothing is been done.
The cost of the custom clearance is very minimal but however the process of the custom clearance requires so much bureaucracy.
If you can handle that I will be glad and I will come back for a star rating. Thanks.
