Recipe for Pavbhaji: Boil 4-5 potatoes, 1 cup peas, ½ cup carrots, and all vegetables. Heat 100 g of butter/oil in a frying pan. Add 2 tomatoes and salt as per taste and stir gently. Add boiled vegetables. Add BAPS Amrut Pavbhaji masala and keep on low flame gas for 2-3 minutes. Turn the flame off and keep it covered for 5 to 7 minutes. Split the pav into 2 slices and shallow fry in butter/oil and serve with hot tasty bhaji.
