Dose

Himalaya Herbals Himcospaz Tablets should be consumed after consulting a physician. Follow the below steps to have the supplement.

• Adults should be given 2 tablets in a day when suffering from acute pain. Else 1 tablet in a day.

• Children and old people should be given 1 capsule in a day when suffering from acute pain. It can be taken 3 times in 24 hours in case of acute pain.

• To reduce menstrual cramps, 1-2 tablets can be given. The capsules should be given 2 times in a day. It should be given only till the menstrual cycle lasts.

• For irritable bowel syndrome, 1-2 tablets should be given. It should be given 2 times in a day. Continue the dose till 4-6 weeks.
