InnerBeing Nut & Millet Cake Mix

Ingredients:

  • Jowar Flour
  • Pea Protein
  • Peanut
  • Almont
  • Cashew
  • Arrowroot
  • Salt
  • Vanilla Powder

Directions to Use:

  • Chia gel preparation:
  • Take 3 tablespoons of chia seeds and grind them into a fine powder in a grinder.
  • Heat 180ml of water add the grounded chia, and stir it well.
  • Continue stirring the mixture for more than 2-3 minutes, until you observe a gel-like an appearance.
  • Cake Preparation:
  • Preheat the oven to 163 Degree Celsius, grease, and line your cake tin.
  • Melt the ghee, let it cool, and then whisk with the chia gel mixture, honey, and lemon juice.
  • Add the half of wet mixture to the flour mixture and whisk it well for a minute, add another half and further whisk them, to this
  • add 150 ml of milk and whisk it well to remove any lumps.
  •  Pour into the prepared cake tin and bake for 20 - 30 minutes.
  • After 12 minutes check the cake to see if it is browning on top.
  • As soon as you see browning, cover with foil for the remainder of the cooking time/until a toothpick or cake stick.
  • Cool it completely before removing from the cake tin.
  • Note - Replace 3tablespoon of chia gel with 3 eggs. To bake a regular cake, do not add milk and follow the same recipe from step 2 of cake preparation. Store in a cool, dry place.
