Order never arrived

I am an anemic person and I ordered few medicines which were needed on priority. I live in an apartment and requested door delivery but the order never arrived. I contacted customer service several times and everyone had the common response "package was left in the lobby. Request you to please check and let us know if it was found". I have checked in the lobby, mailbox, package box, outside the door, etc, but the package is not found anywhere. I contacted customer support for a refund and there is no resolution yet. I never received the order or the refund. I am seriously tired of contacting you and it's a very disappointing service.I would never order again.
