Tattvalogy products individually have a shelf life of 14-24 months. When mixed, they start reacting and their shelf life reduces to 3-4 months. So you can blend/mix the ingredients in smaller quantities so that the remaining ingredients remain fresh and your blend/mixture can be used within the specified time frame.

How To Use:
Most essential oils need to be diluted in a carrier substance such as vegetable/nut oil or just plain water at no greater concentration than 3-5 percent before applying it on skin. Adding the essential oil to a carrier substance better facilitates the absorption of the oil by the body. Sweet almond oil, apricot kernel oil, grape seed oil, jojoba oil and avocado oil make for good carrier oils.
For topical use, dilute to approx. 2-5% with the carrier of your choice and apply to face, body, hair, and scalp. You can also add it to your existing hair and skin care products.
Safety Information: For external use only. Other than aromatherapy, dilute with a carrier oil. For topical use, rub a very small amount on the inside of your elbow area to test for any allergic reaction before use.
Caution:Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers are advised to use essential oils with caution and it is always recommended to consult a doctor before using.
