About the Product:- Linden Blossom has a fresh, sweet, floral fragrance with a hint of citrus. It's typically considered a relaxant, as it has a sedative effect on the nervous system and is calming and emotionally soothing. Linden blossom has been used to relieve headaches and reduce stress and nervous tension. It is a mild astringent and emollient that can help soften and tone the skin, lessening the appearance of wrinkles and blemishes. Linden is supportive of healthy digestive and immune systems. This has already been diluted to 10% in jojoba oil to make it more affordable, but it is suggested to dilute further to a 3% therapeutic level before using it on the skin. In aromatherapy, it helps reduce stress.
Ingredients:
- Steam Distilled Linden Blossom (Botanical Name: Tilia Vulgaris)
- Do not apply directly to the skin; always dilute with a carrier oil.
- 1% for daily facial care, 5–6 drops in 30 ml of carrier oil.
- 2% for daily body care, 10–12 drops in 30 ml of carrier oil.
- 3-5% for acute care, 15–30 drops in 30 ml of carrier oil.
- 1 ml is made up of about 16 drops.
