Dose
Vaidyaratnam Kanasathahwadi Kashayam should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic expert. Generally the following steps are followed to have the supplement.
- Have the supplement twice a day
- Have the herbal tonic before meals
- Drink 5-15ml of the decoction per day
- Mix with 15-45ml lukewarm water before consumption
