Packaging issue and time lines

The medicine packaging was not appropriate, multiple bottles of the medicines were spilled out quantity was reduced around 5 to 10 %, one was even reduced till 1/4th. Though I was compensated by some refund but I have to order those medicine soon.
The expected date of delivery was 28-Dec-2022, but I received them on 03-Jan-2023, it was held up in local office for 4 days.
