Tamas Pure Ayurveda Myrrh Essential Oil

Tamas Pure Ayurveda Myrrh Essential Oil (Commiphora Myrrha):- Therapeutic Grade|100% Natural (15ml) (30ml)

Directions:

For respiratory issues, diffuse about 5 drops of Myrrh essential oil at home or work. Mix 2–3 drops of oil with a half teaspoon of coconut oil and apply it topically to your neck, chest, nose & feet.
For skin-related issues, mix 3-4 drops of Myrrh essential oil with a carrier oil (like Jojoba or Argan) and apply to the affected area.
For Hair, combine 5-6 drops of Myrrh Essential Oil with 5 Tbsp. Olive or Jojoba Carrier Oil and massage this blend into the scalp. Allow it to soak in for 45 minutes before washing it out with a natural shampoo.
