Note Cosmetique Instant Bi-Phase Make Up Remover

About the product:

An ultra-gentle, bi-phase formula to dissolve waterproof and long-wearing face, eye and lip makeup. Infused with jojoba oil to soothe and refresh skin, leaving it feeling smooth with no oily sensation.

How to use:

Shake gently before use.

Pour Make-up Remover onto a cotton pad.

Face: Sweep gentle moving from the center outwards.
Do not skip hairline, under chin, and around ears areas.
Eyes: Close the eyelid and gently press a makeup pad against the eyes for 15-20 seconds to dissolve the polymers and pigments and break down the mascara.
This is key to avoid aggressive rubbing and pulling on the lashes later on.
Remove eye makeup by wiping in the direction of the lashes finishing with gentle downward-outside motions.
Lips: Swipe the cotton pad across the lips, using a clean side each time, until there are no traces of lip color left.
