The reason i gave 2. I am not angry or upset with the services. However inspite me giving the full home address the courier company was trying to contact me which i thought it’s scam and i was not responding to them ( as i was recently being scammed). Your company told me to give the house number which was missing (which was already provided at the time of purchase) and adter giving the details again , i received email from your company to contact the courier service directly. So if I was supposed to do everything then why you guys bothered to ask my house number even.No one even bothered to say simple sorry or accept the error. Product came well on time not denying on that. But was lacking big time in customer service. Thank you
