Instant Little Millet Idli (200gms):

INGREDIENTS:
- Little millet rava
- Black gram flour
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Cooking soda
- Acidity regulator E 296
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Measure: For 1 cup of Eco Jivan’s Little Millet Idli mix, you need 1 ½ cup of water
- Add water to Eco Jivan’s little millet idli mix as instructed.
- Mix the batter well so as to remove the lumps.
- Grease the idli moulds with oil/ghee, pour batter on each mould. Make sure the batter is filled only up to 3/4th capacity of each mould.
- Boil it for 15-20 minutes on medium flame.
- Allow the Idli to cool for 5mins before removing it. Serve it with Chutney (coconut or peanut) and Sambar for enjoying our delicious healthy millet Idli.
