- Indian elecampane
- Heart-leaved moonseed
- Yellow berried nightshade
Dose
Vaidyaratnam Panchathikthakam Kashayam should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic expert. Generally, the below steps are followed to have the decoction.
- Have the tonic twice a day
- Have 12-24ml of the tonic per day
- Have light food during the medication
- Have a little honey with the tonic as adjuvant
- Mix an equal amount of lukewarm water with the tonic before consumption
- Take the supplement before meals; preferably at 6-7 am and again at 6-7 pm
