How to Use:

• Use a small quantity of any of Varaasa Ayurvedic oils and apply it gently on the feet to assist the smooth gliding of the wand.  
• Gently move the wand in gentle circles around the joints and long back-and-forth strokes on the bones. 
• For a more relaxed experience, slide the wand in the figure of ‘8’ on the sole of the foot. Finish one foot and then move on to the second.
