  • Byadagi chili

  • Guntur Chilli

  • Coriander seeds

  • Coriander leaves

  • Cinnamon

  • Cloves

  • Salt

  • Dry Coconut powder

  • Poppy seeds

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cumin seeds

  • Black gram

  • Pigeon peas

  • fenugreek seeds

  • Tamarind concentrate


METHOD OF PREPARATION:


Pressure cooker cooking



  • Measure: For 1 cup of Eco Jivan’s Foxtail Millet Bisi bele bath mix, you need 4 cups of water

  • Boil the water and add Eco Jivan’s foxtail millet bisi bele bath mix along with one tablespoon oil/ghee.

  • Cook the mix in the pressure cooker on medium flame allowing required no. of whistles (recommended 5-6 whistles).

  • Stir it well and serve with raita and papad for enjoying our delicious healthy millet Bisi bele bath.

  • Optional: You can add vegetables (preferred: onion, tomato, drumstick, carrot, potato, beans, cauliflower) and salt according to your taste.
