Wrong ingredient sent

Ordered product since listing said its henna +9 herbs, which is what I was looking for. Got sent product with just henna. Wrote to customer service , and though they were very responsive, they repeatedly answered that the product could come in different packaging, while I was trying to convey that I do not care what packaging it comes in, the ingredients are different from the one I order.

Long story shortI got wrong product and customer service doesn't understand.
