Aashirvaad Paneer Masala
Key Ingredients:
- Mixed Spices
- Onion
- Red Chilli
- Cumin
- Black Pepper
- Ajwain and Long Pepper
Directions of use:
- Chop 2 medium-sized onions (100 g) and saute in 1.5 tbsp ghee (20 g) in a pan for 5 mins till they turn golden.
- Add 1 tsp (6 g) Ginger Garlic Paste with little water and sauté for 2 mins.
- Add chopped medium-sized tomato (60 g) and sauté for 5 min.
