I am satisfied but due to the misunderstanding of the seller, I got slightly a bit different product. I ordered Nivea purifying facewash that contains *ocean algae and hydra iq*
But I received *new nivea purifying facewash* it only contains *ocean algae*
Also, the new nivea purifying facewash contains different ingredients than nivea purifying face wash,to which my skin is allergic. First day when I used the facewash my whole skin burnt and became red...I was quite shocked because previously this didn't happen.. Then I found the issue. Its due to the different ingredients..
When I informed the issue to distacart, they offered me again the exact product I ordered previously, without any cost. However, due to some issues I could not accept the offer and they partially refunded me for the inconvenience that occurred with my order.
Their service is excellent. Highly recommended.

Directions to Use:
