An ancient grain, Jowar or Sorghum has found a new identity as a superfood today, being called the ‘new quinoa’. Flour made out of this grain is coarse in texture but packed with nutrition. Our Organic Jowar/Sorghum Millet Flour, is by nature Gluten free, full of fiber and complex carbohydrates. It is a great diet choice for people with gluten allergies, diabetes and weight watchers.
