Dose :
Vaidyaratnam Nisothamadi Kashayam should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic expert. Generally, the below steps are followed to have the decoction.
- Have 15ml of the tonic per day
- Have the decoction twice a day
- Mix with 4 times more lukewarm water before consumption
- Have the decoction before meals; at least 1 hour before having food
