I am pleased with the customer service. I was charged customs duty last time and had a bit of runaround with the delivery service, whereas with my first order, it simply came to my door in the mail. This is definitely my preference. However, I did not see the email from Distacart which offered to pay for any additional charges, until after I have already paid the extra. Now that I am being giving the opportunity to feedback, I hope the next order will simply come in the mail again.
