- This Sprouted Khapli Atta made from ancient heirloom grain Emmer actually multiplies its benefits manifolds. For making this atta, the grains are first washed in water and kept damp for about 24-48 hours. Just as the sprouting starts, they are sundried and then ground to make this delectable atta, with a sweeter aroma and taste than the normal khapli atta. This Atta is low on gluten, high on taste and bursting with micronutrients

- This Atta helps regulate blood sugar and is a boon for diabetics and those with gluten intolerance. It is high in protein and fibre but low in gluten and has a much lower glycemic index. Relish healthy, tasty Khapli roti’s or make artisanal breads. This Atta will never let you down.

- For kneading the dough you will need more water, about 3/4th portion of water to 2 portions of atta. Sprouting makes things easy to digest, increases the enzyme activities and decreases antinutrients if any. This atta has all the goodness of Khapli and all the goodness of sprouting!
