Logistic partner

My first order delivery was very smooth. I was very satisfied and happy. That was why I placed my second order, but it was not as smooth as the first order.

The logistic partner, Aramex, keep asking me to confirm my delivery location, sharing Google map and so on. This was very frustrating. I have given my delivery address while placing the order. Why should I keep providing the delivery location? Due to this my delivery was also delayed. Delivery supposed to 7 to 10 business days but it took much longer.

I am really very very disappointed with Dista. I am now skeptical about ordering from your website again because I do not wish to face the same problem again.

You are also supposed to process a refund to my card for an item which was not available. I dont think this amount has been refunded to my card yet. Could you please check on this and revert soonest possible.
