I am very happy with service from Distacart they are very professional and courteous. This was my 2nd order and will conintie to order with Distacart.
I'm amazed by the speed, quality and professionalism. Package arrived within a week from placing the order and products were in excellent condition. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
I made this order 18 days ago but it's still stuck at the origin country.
I preferred Distacart over Amazon only thinking that it will arrive early and will cost me less.However it still hasn't arrived.
The arrival date given was before 29th and I wanted to get it before I go on a holiday. I received an email which was very assuring that your team is working with customs t get my shipment. However I see the order is still stuck at the same place.
Questions to ask
Why give a date when you are not sure when the product will arrive.
Why wouldn't you already have an arrangement with origin country customs before listing the product online and save yourself from giving your customers false expectations?
