Appalling Experience – Avoid This Company at All Costs

Order was significantly delayed with no explanation or accountability. Communication with customer service is chaotic and borderline useless — every message is handled by a different agent, none of whom appear to read or understand the issue, let alone resolve it. Responses were generic, inconsistent, and made worse by a clear language barrier.

Even after receiving an email from the so-called CEO, my reply was ignored and an uninformed, junior-level agent responded, restarting the cycle of confusion. Shockingly, I then received a feedback request claiming my order had arrived 15 days ago — when it had only just been delivered 2 days prior.
This level of dishonesty raises serious concerns about the company’s integrity.

Most disturbing of all: the word “Gay” was handwritten directly on the product packaging. I questioned it, assuming it was a mistake or some kind of code, but the company's abrupt and evasive response suggested otherwise — a reaction that raised serious red flags about the nature and intent of the marking. Questionable homophobia.

The entire process has been frustrating, unprofessional, and frankly unsettling. I’ve been left with zero confidence in the brand and no desire to even try the product.
