The pleasant aroma helps clear the airways for easy breathing and helps support the respiratory system.

Directions for Use: Recommend inhalation (inhalation jewelry works very well), bath, or massage the chest, feet, and palm areas

Inhalations : 2-3 drops in warm water/humidifier
1-2 drops to the desired area after dilution [2% EO in carrier oil/base]
Use with potpourri, diffuser lockets, aroma burners, aroma diffusers (may not work with all burners/diffusers since it is made in almond oil which may be heavy for some burners/diffusers)
Run a warm bath and add 6-8 drops
