Adukale Puliyogare PowderIngredients:Red Chillies, Copra, Till Seeds, Tamarind, Sugar, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Cumin, Black Pepper, Mustard, Coriander, Asofoetida, Curry Leaves, Bengal Gram Dal, Ground Nuts, Salt, Vegetable Cooking OilHow to use:
Cook 400 gms of raw rice (not over cooked or undercooked). Transfer the cooked rice into a shallow vessel and allow it to cool
Heat 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a kadai and empty the contents of Adukale Puliyogare powder packet into the hot oil. Stir and switch off the flame
Now spread this on the rice kept for cooling, Mix well gently.
Serve it with Adukale Majjige Huli

Adukale Rasam PowderIngredients:Coriander, Red Chillies, Fenugreek, Mustard, Black Pepper, Cumin, Turmeric, Curry Leaves, Asofoetida, and Vegetable Cooking OilHow to use:
Cook 100 gms of Tur Dal in 500 ml of water with ½ tsp of Cooking Oil, a pinch of Turmeric and 2-3 finely cut medium sized tomatoes
Churn the cooked dal and tomatoes. Add 2 Tsp of Rasam Powder and allow to boil for 3-4 minutes
Add Salt, Tamarind Juice, and Jaggery to suit your taste. Boil for 2-3 minutes
Prepare a tempering of ½ tsp of Mustard, pinch of Asofoetida in 1 tsp of Ghee. Add it to the boiling Rasam
Before turning off the stove, garnish with curry leaves and finely chopped green coriander leaves
Serve hot

Adukale Sambar PowderIngredients:Bengal Gram Dal, Black Gram Dal, Red Chillies, Fenugreek, Copra, Asofoetida, Coriander, Cinnamon, Turmeric, and Vegetable Cooking OilHow to use:
Cook 1 measure of Tur Dal in 3 measures of water with ½ tsp of cooking oil and a pinch of turmeric.
Boil 250 gms of vegetables separately (Best suited vegetables – Pumpkin, Ash Gourd, Brinjal, Capsicum, Onion, Potato, Drumstick, Cucumber)
Mix boiled vegetables and cooked tur dal. Allow it to come to a boil

Cut 250 gms of vegetables of your choice. (Best Suited Vegetables – Pineapple, Okra, Capsicum, Onion, Tomato, Bitter Gourd)
Prepare a tempering of 1 tsp of Mustard, Curry Leaves, and 2 half cut red chillies in 2 tsp of cooking oil
Saute the vegetables with a pinch of salt for quicker cooking till they are cooked. Add water till the level of cooked vegetables and boil

Adukale Vangi (Brinjal/Eggplant) Bhath PowderIngredients:Black Gram Dal, Bengal Gram Dal, Red Chillies, Copra, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Coriander, Cloves, and Vegetable Cooking OilHow to use:
Cut 250 gms of Vegetables of your choice. (Suitable vegetables – Brinjal, Capsicum, Potato, French Beans, Double Beans, Carrots, Peas, Methi Leaves, Cabbage)
Heat about 75 ml of cooking oil in a pan.
Season with 1 tsp of Mustard, 2-3 half cut red chillies and curry leaves
Add the cut vegetables to the pan containing the hot seasoning. Sprinkle ½ tsp of salt and cover the pan
Allow it to cook on a medium flame
To the cooked vegetables add 4-5 tsp of Adukale Vangi Bhath Powder. Add Salt, Tamarind Juice to your taste and stir it on a low flame for about 3 minutes
To this add 700 gms of cooked rice and ½ tsp of sugar. Mix it well on a low flame
Serve it hot.
