My first order was delivered without any intimation from the local Courier and the item was just left at our Doorstep without even calling us or ringing our bell.
The second item ordered the same time have never been delivered till date and the excuse for the initial delay was just that they did not inform the seller to ship and was promosed it is done the same day. Have no informatiin till date. Have paid fully for the Item charged several times bigher than the RSP locally.
I am getting tons of emails every day asking for my Review on their service.

Product is good!! But the delivery was delayed, and the products were stuck in customs in FedEx,Cologne. It was disappointing experience contacting the customer service, as It was mentioned in the website that , It’s not a receivers problem. But I had solve the issue myself with the FedEx and get the product. And product MRP is Just 320₹ . I agree that you have to keep some margin of profit but charging 1:3 for the product and myself having to clear the problems with the customs, was really a bad experience, I wish atleast the customer service was prompt in helping me with the customs
