Cold pressed sesame oil is extracted from the tiny seeds of sesamum indicum. This seed contains abundant proteins and Vitamin B while retaining essential fatty acids and antioxidants like Vitamin E. Sesame oil provides an exciting range of health benefits. It contains abundant heart-healthy fats, helps combat inflammation, and protects skin from the Sun.
