Review of my order experience

I ordered an item but mistakenly added the wrong address, which was my former address before moving country. I immediately sent an email to the customer team to help correct my shipping address, but was told after some days that it cannot be done as the item has already been dispatched.
perhaps if my email was attended to on time, we would not have been in this situation. As it stands now I can't receive the item i ordered as it has been sent to wrong address in my home country.

Next time don’t make me feel like I made a mistake and you need to be more diligent in your business . Don’t ask customer to locate purchase history , do your own work. Give correct order
