xI placed the order about 22 days back and the shipment was held up at Delhi Customs with no further progress. Many emails were sent and matter followed up with courier with no progress. Asked for refund but clear response was missing. Finally a new shipment with different courier was sent which too was delayed and just received. Response time of Dustcart was quick. Customs duty asked for by Fed Ex was paid quickly by Distacart. Overall experience was satisfactory.
