Sugandhadi rejuvenating body treatment oil: Take sufficient quantity of oil for full body massage. Keep it for 30 minutes & cleanse with Kama Ayurveda's Body cleanser.

Foot cream: After scrubbing, take required quantity of Foot cream on palm & gently massage on your feet, till completely absorbed. Best used right before going to bed.

Foot scrub: Take sufficient quantity on your finger tips & rub to create a lather. Gently scrub for atleast 5 minutes concentrating on the toes, ankle and heels. Rinse clean with water.
