About the Product:- Dalia is a simple porridge made out of cracked grain, usually wheat. It is a common breakfast in the northern Indian subcontinent. It is cooked in milk or water and eaten with salt or sugar added. Patanjali Pushtahar Dalia is made from raw, broken coarse grain. The main ingredients of Patanjali Pushtahar Dalia are wheat, moong dal, pearl millet, rice, white sesame seeds, and ajowan.

- Moong dal (24.04%),
- Pearl millet (24.04%),
- Rice (24.04%),
- White sesame
- Seeds (2.32%) and
- Ajowan (1.47%)
How to use:
- Boil 50 gm dalia in 400 ml water.
- Add cut vegetables and salt to taste.
Shelf life:- Best before 6 months from manufacturing date.
