Haritha Foods Instant Millet Rava Idli Premix

About the Product:

  • Enjoy tasty steamed rava idly made from 100% millet rava roasted in desi cow ghee with added spices. This rava idli is gluten-free and rich in fiber.
Ingredients:
  • Jowar Rava, Barnyard Millet Rava, Little Millet Rava, spices and condiments (channa dal, mustard, cashew bits, curry leaves, green chili, Himalayan pink salt, and Desi cow Ghee)

How to Use:

  • For 1 cup of idli mix, add 1/2 cup of curd. Mix and set aside for about 2 hours.
  • Before steaming adjust the batter consistency by adding the required water.
  • Adjust salt and add 1/2 tsp of eating soda.
  • Steam the batter in an idli cooker/vessel. Serve hot.
