- Curd
- Ghee
- Cow milk
- Cow urine
- Water extract from cow dung
Dose:
Vaidyaratnam Mahath Panchagavyam Ghrutham should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic expert. Generally, the following steps are followed to have the supplement.
Take the supplement before meals
Have the decoction once or twice a day
Have the ghee along with a quarter or a half teaspoon warm water
Take the supplement regularly for 10 days for effective results
It is suggested not to have any food or drink within 30 minutes of having the ghee
For children before three years of age, a maximum 5 grams of the ghee should be given
