From slopes popularly known as the Blue mountains, Girnar’s Nilgiri Tea makes for a cup of very aromatic tea with delicate floral notes. To appease the senses even more, it has a bright liquor and balanced flavour with an undercurrent of briskness. A slower blooming period helps tea from the Nilgiris develop its unmistakable character. Finishes with a creamy mouthfeel when complemented with milk and sugar.
Loose tea leaves that undergo tasteful selection, so that even your everyday chai seems crafted to perfection.
Ingredients: Nilgiri Flowery Orange Pekoe (Orthodox Tea)
How to use:
- Heat 120ml of water to about 90 degrees. Add 1 tsp of tea into the water. Infuse the tea leaves for 2-3 minutes. Decant/strain the tea and serve. If desired, add lemon & honey/sugar to taste.
