Dose

Vaidyaratnam Bhringarajasavam should be had after consulting an expert. Generally, the below steps are followed to have this herbal supplement.

• Drink the tonic after meals
• Drink the syrup 2 times a day
• Mix an equal amount of water with the syrup
• Adults should consume 10-30ml of the syrup in a day
• Children (above the age of 5 years) should have 2.5-10 ml per day
