Purchase and product review

The initial shipment was contained by quarantine and it was significantly delayed. During this process I reached out to distacart and they kept me updated throughout the process. They sent out another order without any additional cost from me to compensate the delay. So I received two lots of these sweets I had purchased. One packet was completely ruined due to the delay at the cargo centre but it was replaced with the new box we received. So overall I was 200% satisfied with the shopping experience. The sweets are really good too.

An underwhelming experience

The sweet box was for a house warming occasion and it arrived on time. However, a sticky syrup was dripping from the box and the motichoor Ladoo was too sweet to taste. I will not order this product again.
