IKAI Natural Black Salt
About the Product:- Black Salt or kaala namak comes from salt mines of volcanic origins. Our Black Salt has a unique smell and taste due to the presence of sulphur compounds. It is considered healthier than the white salt as it has a lower level of sodium, and is minimally processed. No chemicals are used to bleach it white.
- Why eat it?
- Black salt contains iron, potassium, magnesium, calcium and is low in sodium. Ayurvedic medicines recommend it as a blood thinner too. Muscle spasms, heartburn, bloating? Just change the salt in your kitchen to black!
