Broken bottle cap

The product that comes in a glass bottle was received with a broken cap which indicates the package wasn’t handled correctly and could result in a damaged bottle as well.
The delivery partner gets 0 stars for bad delivery service even though an exact date and time was provided for rescheduling the delivery and still would always come On the wrong day.
