About the Product:

The Super Die Protein Dosa Mix contains high-quality whey protein concentrate in addition to grains like rice flour, black gram dal, and refined wheat flour. Whey protein is a fast-release protein, having high biological value with rapid digestion, complete absorption, and efficient utilization of essential amino acids by the body.

Directions to Use:

To 100 gm of Protein Dosa Mix powder, add 140 ml water or to 1 cup of powder add 1¼ cup of water.
Mix well to get a uniform batter.
Rest the batter for 15-20 minutes.
Spread a ladle of the batter on a non-stick dosa pan.
Apply oil around the dosa.
Roast till golden brown and serve hot.
