Dose

Vaidyaratnam Kalyana Gulam should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic expert. Generally, the below steps are followed to have the decoction.

• Take the decoction before or after meals
• Adults can have 5-10gm of the powder per day
• Children below 5 years can have 1-2gm of the herbal powder per day
• Children between 5-12 years can have 5gm of the supplement per day
• Take the supplement along with honey, milk or warm water for effective results
