Comfort yourself with a cup of Hibiscus Tea.
This delectable infusion is a traditional remedy to lower high blood pressure. It is also known to reduce triglyceride levels.
Presence of Anthocyanins, Flavanoids & Vitamin C exerts a good antioxidant effect. Well, enjoy the tea also as a cool drink with added ice cubes.
Specialty: No added Sugars, Colorants, Artificial Additives or Preservatives. Health benefits: Antioxidant
Brewing method: Tear the pouch, remove the tea bag and place in a tea cup. Pour 150 ml of freshly boiled water (85 - 90° C) on the tea bag and leave to infuse for 3 - 5 minutes. Gently remove the bag from the cup and sweeten with sugar or honey. The resulting infusion can be served hot or cold.
