You have miserably failed to provide me a reliable service. I know you failed for the first time in my long association with you guys.
What pained me most is your bluff, yes a plain bluff that you have fulfilled my order which was placed a couple of weeks ago which in reality was not. The product I ordered hasn't reached me yet. If you can't provide me what I ordered please cancel the order and return back my money without any second thought.
