Hing or Asafoiteda is resin collected from the roots of many varieties of the Ferula Assafoitida plant, found in dry climates. The Hing from Afghanistan is supposed to have the honour of being the best Hing in the world. India is one of the largest importers of Hing/Asafoiteda as it has been used extensively as a spice and a medicine for centuries. To make it a fine powder wheat is added to it. Our Natural Hing/Asafoiteda is free of any additives and indispensable for your kitchen as well as your health. It is pungent in flavour, granular in texture and great for digestion.

Hing is antimicrobial and antioxidant.
