A blend of traditional Italian herbs and spices and crushed red pepper and salt. This product has a strong garlic flavor & aroma of the classic Italian herbs.
Uses: Sprinkle on ready to serve or fresh made pizza before or after cooking. Works great on traditional style, as well as hearth baked pizza.
This tasty Italian mix is great for making quick homemade pizza or pasta sauce by mixing I tbsp. of Virgo Pizza spice mix with I cup of tomato sauce.
Pizza spice mix is also great for pizza bread.

Garlic Granules, Salt, Oregano, Basil, Black pepper, Paprika powder, Chilli Powder.
